Membership
Start with three one‑on‑one intro sessions where your coach will assess your movement patterns, injury history, and fitness goals.
Receive a personalized training plan that you’ll follow each week.
Progress your plan over time, evolving with the support of your coach as as you get stronger and more comfortable with different movements.
Training is offered in two formats: semi-private or one-on-one.
Train with up to five other members. You’ll follow your own custom program, getting the benefit of personalized coaching along with the camaraderie of a group.

In order to ensure personalized attention, semi-private training is limited to six members per session. As a result, spaces in each time slot are limited. Reach out to inquire about availability.
Work one-on-one with a Woven coach. This may be best if you are completely new to strength training, working back from an injury, or have ambitious fitness goals.
