Membership

  • Start with three one‑on‑one intro sessions where your coach will assess your movement patterns, injury history, and fitness goals.

  • Receive a personalized training plan that you’ll follow each week.

  • Progress your plan over time, evolving with the support of your coach as as you get stronger and more comfortable with different movements. 

Training is offered in two formats: semi-private or one-on-one.

Noah training a semi-private group session

Train with up to five other members. You’ll follow your own custom program, getting the benefit of personalized coaching along with the camaraderie of a group.

Semi-Private Training

  • 2x / week: $65 per session 

    3x / week: $55 per session

  • Monday - Friday

    7am, 8am, 9am, 10am, 12pm, and 6:30pm

    In order to ensure personalized attention, semi-private training is limited to six members per session. As a result, spaces in each time slot are limited. Reach out to inquire about availability.


Noah training a member one-on-one

Work one-on-one with a Woven coach. This may be best if you are completely new to strength training, working back from an injury, or have ambitious fitness goals.

One-On-One Training

  • $180 per session

  • Flexible scheduling based on trainer availability. We’ll work with you to find a time that suits you.
